The TC 400 supplies power to select HiPace series turbomolecular pumps and is used to drive, monitor and control their operation. The TC 400 is connected directly to the pump using the casing socket on its side. The TC 400 requires a supply voltage of 24 V DC. A Pfeiffer Vacuum display and control panel (DCU or HPU) or an external PC can be connected to the electronic drive unit via the RS485 connection. This Pfeiffer TC 400 Electronic Drive Unit is compatible with the following Pfeiffer Turbo Molecular Pumps: • HiPace 300 • HiPace 400 • HiPace 700 • HiPace 800. The Pfeiffer TC 400 EDU does not come with cables, power and connection cables are sold seperately.
