It has a DN100 ISO-KF ISO 100 intake, DN16 (KF16) exhaust flange, and G 1/8" venting connection. This Pfeiffer HiPace 300 pump comes with an integrated electronic drive unit, model TC 400 which operates on 24 VDC. This turbo pump has a pumping speed of 260 l/sec with nitrogen.
