Ideal Vacuum Turbo Pump Fan Air Cooling Kit for Agilent Varian TwisTorr 74-FS, 84-FS, and Turbo-V 81, Meets or exceeds OEM specifications for Agilent Varian Cooling Fan, Part Number 9699290. These Ideal Vacuum radial air fan cooling kits fit all Agilent Varian Twistorr 74FS, 84FS, and Turbo-V 81 turbomolecular vacuum pumps, and provide air flow perpendicular to the pump. These kits are a direct replacement for Agilent Varian cooling fan part number: 9699290. The fan is mounted to an L-shaped bracket which mounts to the bottom of the pump with eight included M3 screws. The fan can be conveniently oriented in multiple positions.
