Ideal Vacuum Cube Plate Adapter Kit Top or Bottom 15 x 15 in. Octagonal to One 6 x 12 in., Uncoated.
This is an uncoated Ideal Vacuum Cube adapter plate that converts a 15 x 15 octagonal top or bottom plate to one centered 6 x 12 inch opening. The 6 x 12" opening accepts any 6 x 12 Cube plate, greatly expanding porting options for pumping and feedthroughs, or viewing options. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring.
Kit includes:
- 15 x 15 octagonal to one centered 6 x 12 adapter plate
- One Viton O-ring for 15 x 15 octagonal plate (P1013173)
- One Viton O-ring for 6 x 12 Cube plate (P108339)
- Forty 1/4"-20 x 5/16" long SHCS screws for plate mounting, P1013341 (includes 12 spares)
