Ideal Vacuum Cube 12 x 12 in. Plate Adapter Kit to One Centered 6 x 6 in. Plate Plus Four KF-25 Ports, Uncoated with Internal Optical Breadboard.
This is an uncoated Ideal Vacuum Cube adapter plate that converts a 12 x 12 Cube frame opening to a single, centered 6 x 6 inch opening. This adapter plate also has four KF-25 ports located in the corners of the plate. The 6 x 6 opening accepts any 6 x 6 Cube plate, greatly expanding porting options for pumping and feedthroughs, or viewing options. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring.
SInce a bulkhead KF fitting does not have a flange, the KF-25 ports on this adapter plate use KF bulkhead clamps and cannot use a standard KF clamp. Bulkhead KF clamps are secured to the plate with screws. To attach a KF flanged component to the KF bulkhead fitting, use a standard KF-25 centering ring (P101243) and bulkhead clamp (P108102 or P104599).

- Eight 1/4"-20 x 5/16" long SHCS screws for 6 x 6 plate mounting (P1013341)
