This Conflat CF ported plate has 5/16-24 UNF tapped holes for mounting a turbo pump or CF flanged tubing. The plate’s Conflat port requires twenty-four (24) 5/16-24 x 1.0" long, silver-plated, 12 point bolts (P1012252). The CF port is not compatible with metal gaskets. Use only Viton seals (P104347). Cube baseline vacuum is 1 x 10-7 Torr.
