Ideal Vacuum Cube 6 x 6 x 12 in. Aluminum Vacuum Chamber Frame. This is a 6 x 6 x 12 inch bare vacuum Cube frame, the core of an Ideal Vacuum Cube modular chamber. It is machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum so there are no welds to leak or break. A Cube plate, with or without ports, is mounted to each of the six frame sides with 1/4"-20 stainless steel screws. The frame has drilled and tapped holes which accept the mounting screws. Once all six plates are installed, the chamber is complete. The plates can be removed, replaced, or reused as needed to reconfigure the chamber to new requirements. Mounting holes are reinforced with stainless steel inserts so Cube plates can be swapped without fear of damaging the frame. Ideal Vacuum Cube Adapter Plate Assembly for Mounting a 6 x 12 in. Cube Frame on to a Glove Box. This adapter plate assembly allows any Ideal Vacuum Cube chamber with a 6 x 12" face to be mounted to a glove box. The glove box must have a flat surface of at least 15.9" x 9.9", the overall dimensions of the adapter assembly. A 13.7" x 7.7" rectangular hole is cut out of the glove box. The two-part plate assembly is sandwiched around the cutout hole and is secured with the included screws. An O-ring on the outer assembly plate makes the seal (see image 3). Once the assembly is mounted to the glove box, a 6" x 12" vacuum Cube frame face can be coupled to the adapter using the included bolts (download the Cube coupling kit manual for instructions).

Ideal Vacuum Cube Replacement Barrel Type Coupling Draw Bolt. This Ideal Vacuum Cube barrel type coupling draw bolt is used to join together the frames of two separate vacuum cubes to form a larger vacuum chamber configuration. A quantity of at least four draw bolts are needed to join two 6 x 6 x 6" Cubes. Larger Cube sizes require more draw bolts. This is a quantity of 1 replacement draw bolt with nut and made of 304L stainless steel. Use it as a replacement for a lost or damaged one.
