Ideal Vacuum Cube 9 x 9 Vacuum Chamber Blank Plate No Ports with Internal Optical Breadboard Uncoated for Bakeout.
This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube 9 x 9 inch blank plate without ports. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring. It has an internal optical breadboard for mounting test items or fixtures.
This is the least expensive 9 x 9 Cube plate with an internal optical breadboard. It is often used for the bottom of Cubes, or any other Cube side where ports are not needed, but the ability to fixture components inside the chamber is desired.
