INFICON PCG 550 PCG550 Pirani Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge, Mbar measure, NW-KF 16, 2 set points, D Sub 9 pin, EtherCAT

The INFICON Pirani Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge PCG550 combines the INFICON Pirani technology with the advantages of a ceramic capacitance diaphragm sensor in a single product. In the measurement range between 10 mbar and atmosphere the capacitance diaphragm technology provides gas-type independent, highly accurate values for reliable pressure measurement. The PCG550 offers also a variety of features which allows the right product configuration for the demanded application. This Gauge has a D Sub 9 pin Connector and a 1.2 - 8.68V Measurement Range with 2 set points and EtherCAT Interface. This Gauge has a Pressure Measurement Range of 5×10-5 mbar (3.75X10-5 Torr) to 1500 mbar (1125 Torr).

This PCG550 Pirani Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge can work with virtually any Vacuum Pump or Vacuum Pump System with the proper INFICON signal cable. This gauge has a D-Sub, 9-pin Connector, EtherCAT Interface. The gauge is intended for operation in connection with an INFICON Vacuum Gauge Controller VCG401, 402, 403 or with another suitable controller.
