Ideal Vacuum Replacement Viton O-Ring Seal for 12" Stainless Steel and Aluminum Welded Chamber Doors. These replacement Viton O-ring seals are used on all 12 inch Ideal Vacuum aluminum and stainless welded chambers to seal door. Replacement of the O-ring seal is needed if the O-ring has physical damage or permanent deformation causing poor vacuum performance. These seals are fitted into the chamber face plate frame. These O-rings can be baked up to 150 degrees Celsius.
