The Yamato DKN812 Forced convection oven is a standard oven with a maximum temperature of 210°C. Economical and easy to maintain, the DKN812 has excellent temperature accuracy and a Digital PID controller with options for fixed temperature settings. The DKN812 also has advanced safety features that prevent overheating and over current circuit protection.

The Yamato DKN812 operates in the temperature range from room temperature plus +1 °C to 210 °C. With a volume of 10.6 cubic feet, the DKN812 oven is the largest in its series allowing for a multitude of baking options. The interior of the oven is made of 304 stainless steel and contains aluminum removable shelving. These ovens have good temperature stability and an accuracy of +/- 1 degrees C at 210°C and can reach their maximum operating temperature within 60 minutes.
