Chemraz 505 Chemical Centering Ring O-Ring Replacement, ISO-100 Vacuum Fitting, ISO MF LF Flange Size NW-100
These Replacement O-Rings follow International Standards Organization (ISO) standards and have a flange size of NW-100. ISO flanged vacuum fittings are commonly used to build process vacuum plumbing and systems for industrial applications. These fittings are quick to assemble using single or double claw clamps and a centering ring (please see top right figure - click to enlarge). The ISO standard sizes for LF NW ISO large flanges are NW-63, NW-80, NW-100, NW-160, NW-200, NW-250, NW-320, NW-400, NW-500, NW-630.
These O-ring replacements are made of 505 Chemraz, a field-proven, universal compound having the broadest range of chemical resistance on the market. Chemraz 505 is ideal for processes taking place in subzero temperatures as well as for use in multi-substance plants or in mixed media. Chemraz 505 provides excellent performance in dynamic and static analytical equipment.

for a wide range of applications such as HPLC, pneumatic tools and vacuum sealing.
Because of its low compression set and high sealing force it provides better ability to handle
temperature and pressure variations, shaft misalignment and O-ring shrinkage.
Chemraz 505 is
often used as a standard compound and can be found in a variety
of applications including acids, caustics, aldehydes, esters, ethers,
aromatics, hot water, steam, amines, methanol, ketones, TBA
and MTBE. Chemraz extends the reliability and life of your
equipment in hostile conditions while protecting people and the
environment from emissions.
Chemraz 505 is well suited for applications
requiring a temperature range from -22°F to 445°F (-30°C to 230°C).
