These Agilent Varian VHS-10 diffusion vacuum pump Tubular-Style replacement heaters are for use with 480 VAC input power. These heaters pull 2200 Watts, 4.6 Amps and have a room temperature resistance of 104 Ohms. These heaters are designed to be operated by 480 VAC, two heaters are required for (4400 Watts of heating power).
