These Agilent Varian TPS-mobile systems come with an Agilent 304 FS Turbo Pump (255 l/s pumping speed) with Conflat CFF 6 inch inlet, Agilent SH110 Dry Scroll Roughing Pump and an Agilent 304 FS AG Rack Controller. They are plug and pump high and ultra high vacuum systems. Portable, fully integrated vacuum solutions, available as high capacity, with wide pumping speeds ranging down from atmosphere to UHV 1x10-9 Torr. Now with the innovative improved reliability TwisTorr FS Turbomolecular Vacuum Pumps (84FS or 304FS). We also offer the larger capacity V551 Agilent Turbo Navigator Turbo Pump.

The Agilent Varian TwisTorr 304 FS Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump, Conflat CFF 6 inch inlet with Agilent Floating Suspension. These Agilent Varian TwisTorr 304 FS turbomolecular high-vacuum pumps have new and amazing improvements over the previous V-301 turbo pumps. These improvements include the Twistorr drag stage technology and Agilent Floating Suspension. TwisTorr drag stages create high compression ratios for light gases such as Hydrogen and Helium to deliver high throughput and high tolerance of foreline pressure, thereby permitting the use of smaller and more economical backing roughing pump. This technology results in a compact rotor design that is energy-efficient and maintains a low operating temperature. The Agilent Floating Suspension system reduces noise and vibration, and ensures optimal bearing operating conditions to extend operating life, minimize system downtime, and assure stable pumping performance over time. The unique bearing and dry lubrication in the Agilent TwisTorr 304 FS eliminate oil and maintenance, and permit operation of the pump in any orientation.

Agilent turbo pumps are designed for optimum performance in real world applications and include integration of pumping systems and multi-flow pumps. Compact sized pumps meet the needs of industries with stringent space requirements. These new Agilent TwisTorr 304 FS turbo pumps require minimal to no maintenance and provide protection from misuse. The TwisTorr 304 FS turbo pump with CF Conflat 6 inch inlet flange has a pumping speed of 255 l/s of nitrogen, KF-16 foreline flange (KF-25 optional), and ambient operating temperature from 5 °C to +35 °C. These 304 FS pumps have a start up time of 3 minutes, Rotational speed 60000 rpm. The cooling requirements are a minimum of forced air when conditions are 5- 35 °C ambient air temperature or water cooling with minimum flow: 50 l/h (0.89 GPM) with water temperature between +15 °C to +30 °C at a water pressure of 45 to 75 psi. Notes on the Agilent Varian FS AG Rack Controller
The Agilent Varian rack controller has the RS232-485 connectors, is a solid state frequency converter, drives the TwisTorr Turbo pump, powers the cooling fan and drives the vent valve. Notes on the SH-110 Dry Scroll Roughing Pump
The Agilent Varian SH-110 is a dry, hermetic scroll vacuum pump that provides industry leading features, with 4.0 CFM pumping speeds and an ultimate pressure of 5x10-2 Torr. The Agilent Varian SH-110 dry scroll vacuum pump is designed for easy integration with the TPS-mobile systems. It is single stage in a compact package ideally suited for many applications including analytical instruments and research & development. The Agilent Varian SH-110 models include an integrated anti-suck back valve that closes quickly when the pump is shut off preserving a clean dry vacuum in the foreline and vacuum systems. The single sided scroll design makes the SH-110 very user friendly to maintain and install the minor tip-seal replacement kit, PN P102815 available on this website. A Silencer is available for this dry pump for a clean dry air (CDA) vacuum pumping application, where the exhaust is vented into the room. They greatly silence the exhaust of dry pumps and also collect tip seal dust. Silencers are available on this website as PN P103342 or P104623.
