These Agilent Varian TPS-Compact are dry high vacuum turbo molecular pumping systems. This TPS-Compact TwisTorr 304 FS System part number 9698221 is set up for single phase 115 VAC 50/60 Hz., comes with TwisTorr 304 FS Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump Conflat/CF/CFF 6 inches inlet 255 l/s maximum pumping speed. The TPS-Compact is a totally dry high vacuum pumping system with an ultimate pressure of 1x10^-11 Torr. The backing pump inside the TPS-Compact is a 60 l/min Agilent Varian IDP-3 dry scroll vacuum pump. These Agilent Varian TPS-Compact Systems are oil-free high performance vacuum pumping and has reduced power consumption thanks to the superior scroll pump performance. Optional Varian FRG-700 full ranges (active pirani and inverted-magnetron gauge) are available which can measure vacuum pressure from atmosphere to 3.8x10-9 Torr. Agilent Varian MiniTask, TPS Compact, and Agilent Varian AG turbo pump controllers can control the FRG-700 gauges where the pressure reading is displayed on the front of the device. These gauge interfaces with a built in display on the front of the TPS-Compact unit, pressure readout can be displayed in mbar, Torr, or Pascal. We also offer full range gauge kits; which include the Agilent Varian FRG-700 active pirani and inverted magnetron gauge, cable for gauge connection, and vacuum tee with connecting hardware.
