These NEW Edwards IPV40MKA Manual Inline Lever Operation Bellows Isolation Valves are very quick acting. The lever, connected to a self lubricating plastic cam piston, actuates the valve stem and valve plate through PTFE bearings. The valve plate 0-ring groove is vented to prevent gas bursts. This valve is designed to operate down to 10-9 mbar / 7.5 x 10-10 Torr and up to a pressure of 2100 mbar / 1575 Torr (30 psi). The O-Ring is Fluoroelastomer. The molecular Conductance is 0.2 l/s and the baking temperature is 100 degrees Celcius. These Inline valves function reliably in applications ranging from semiconductor manufacturing to plasma physics research to nuclear accelerators.
