The new TPS-Mini is a dry high vacuum turbo molecular pumping system. The TPS-Mini can be ordered with the 84FS Turbo (maximum pumping speed of 67 l/s) or 304FS Turblo with latest twistorr technology (maximum pumping speed of 250 l/s). TPS-Mini systems as the name suggests are small, compact, easy to use, fully integrated vacuum pumping systems. The TPS-Mini is a totally dry high vacuum pumping system with an ultimate pressure of 1x10-7 Torr. The backing pump inside the TPS-Mini is a 10 l/min dry diaphragm pump. The Varian TPS-Mini is designed to meet demanding applications while being cost effective. These units can be ordered in KF 40, ISO 63, CF 4.5 in. configurations. These units are new and come with Agilent Varian factory warranty. They can be ordered for operation on 1 or 3 phase 90V to 240V AC; 50Hz / 60Hz.

Optional Agilent Varian FRG-700 full ranges (active pirani and inverted-magnetron gauge) are available which can measure vacuum pressure from atmosphere to 3.8x10-9 Torr. Varian MiniTask, TPS Compact, and Varian AG turbo pump controllers can control the FRG-700 gauges where the pressure reading is displayed on the front of the device. These gauge interface with a built in display on the front of the TPS-Compact unit, pressure readout can be displayed in mbar, Torr, or Pascal. Controller display's for these systems are RS-232 or analog communication compatible. We also offer full range gauge kits; which include the Agilent Varian FRG-700 active pirani and inverted magnetron gauge, cable for gauge connection, and vacuum tee with connecting hardware.
