Ideal Vacuum Products is hiring a smart, early-career professional—your degree can be in English, Business, STEM, or similar—
who learns software and processes quickly and wants a long-term role in an industrial office environment. You’ll be trained to
support Accounting (AR/AP, QuickBooks), Procurement (POs, vendors), Product & Pricing (new item setup, price maintenance for 10,000+ SKUs),
and Marketing (technical website listings, graphics). If you’re detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow, we’ll teach you the tools.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and use QuickBooks plus internal ERP/CRM to support AR/AP, credit terms, and financial workflows.
- Set up new customers (Net-30 terms), process credit applications, and follow up on past-due invoices.
- Create Purchase Orders, reconcile vendor docs, and maintain accurate vendor/customer records.
- Own new product setup, attributes, and pricing updates across our 10,000+ product catalog.
- Publish and improve technical website listings and product content for research and lab customers.
- Use (and learn) Photoshop, InDesign, and related tools to produce clean, on-brand graphics.
- Cross-train with Accounting, Marketing, and Operations to keep projects moving and information accurate.

What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (any strong discipline: English, Business, STEM, etc.).
- Software aptitude: You pick up new apps fast—QuickBooks, spreadsheets, ERP/CRM, and creative tools.
- Precision: You like clean data, correct numbers, and consistent documentation.
- Communication: Clear writing, professional email/phone presence, and good follow-through.
- Mindset: Curious, organized, and reliable—comfortable balancing administrative and creative tasks.
Nice to Have
- Excel comfort (lookups, filters, pivots) or interest in learning.
- Any exposure to QuickBooks, ERP/CRM, or Adobe tools.
- Interest in scientific/industrial products and how they’re presented online.
Schedule, Pay & Benefits
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, ~8:00 am – 5:00 pm (on-site).
