Ideal Vacuum Cube 6 x 6 Vacuum Chamber Plate for 1.0 in. Standard Optical Window.
These Ideal Vacuum Cube 6 x 6 inch vacuum chamber plates are built to accommodate 1" or 25 mm diameter optics with a thickness between 0.200" to 0.375" (sold separately and not included with this item). With the addition of a specific optic, the entire plate effectively becomes an inexpensive and conveniently demountable viewport, quickly and easily swapped for a different viewport/plate combination. These plates use a series of Viton O-ring gaskets, operate down to 10-8 torr (10-11 Pa), and have a max bakeout temperature of 150° C.
These viewport plates are designed to fit our 6 x 6 x 6 vacuum cubes (each cube require 6 plates). Plates are built with our patented Taper-SealTM technology which incorporates sloped sealing features to help prevent damage to the vacuum sealing surfaces.
Vacuum Cube plates are CNC milled from a single block of lightweight 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy. This is the sale of a Ideal Vacuum Cube 6 x 6 inch viewport plate only (other glass lenses, plates, frames, and hardware are required and are sold separately).
