The Agilent Varian MS series high capacity mono stage oil lubricated rotary vane pumps range from 70 to 630 m3/h (maximum of 444 cfm). They provide smooth continuous operation, from atmospheric to base pressure providing high pumping speed even at low pressures. The new Agilent Varian MS pumps are air cooled using optimized air channels and they have an integrated heat exchanger which carries excess heat away the pump. A built in oil demister system limits oil exhaust over the entire range of working pressures.

The Agilent Varian RP-Series Roots Pumps are state-of-the-art, high performance Roots pumps, ideal for use in demanding industrial applications. The new MS pumps and RPS systems are ideally suited for use in combination backing large Varian Turbo-V and large diffusion pumps. The most common application where the RPS are used in coaters of different dimensions, from small ones used in research fields to the very large ones used in industrial applications, including for instance glass coaters or coaters where large automotive or aircraft parts are treated.
