Vacuum Barrier Corporation Part Number: 40110. These Vacuum Barrier Corporation (VBC) integrated diffusion pump system MICROtorr 11D, are a combination of high vacuum diffusion pump with an oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pump backing pump. The diffusion pump has a high-vacuum pumping speed of 11 l/s and an ultimate pressure in the 1x10-4 Torr range. The diffusion pump is backed by a Alcatel 2005SD, rotary vane pump which has a 3.4 cfm pumping speed and base roughing pressure of 1x10-4 Torr. 1PH 110/120V HYDRO . These items are integrated into a single on and off one button system. The diffusion pump intake flange is KF-25 vacuum which is the same as the exhaust flange on the 2005SD rotary vane pump.
