Agilent Varian ConvecTorr Convection-PType Gauge Simulator and Reference Tube, Agilent pn: L7382301 Description: The Convectorr Simulator (L7382-301 P type) is intended to be a convenient tool for verifying proper operation of the MultiGauge, SennTorr or XGS-600 control units. For those cases when the target gauge tube can not be brought to proper pressure levels for true in-situ calibration, the simulator can be used to at least insure the control unit is calibrated to the average tube. Operation: Normally, the simulator would be plugged into the target gauge cable at the sensor end. When the switch is set to ATM the controller should read approximately 1 x 105 Pa (760 Torr, 1000mBar). If desired, the controller may be calibrated by pressing the (ATM) button on MultiGauge or the (CAL) button on SenTorr or CAL on main screen on the XGS-600. Sliding the switch to VAC should cause the controller to read approximately 1.33 x 10-1 Pa (1 mT, 1.3 x 10-3 mBar). Again, the controller may be calibrated by pressing the appropriate button on the controller keypad. NOTE: The Simulator is not intended to take the place of NIST-traceable calibration. The product is intended to verify the functionality of control electronics. For those situations requiring NIST-traceable calibration, Agilent Varian offers the comprehensive STARRS P Program. The Convection card operates 2 thermocouple or 2 convection gauges and allows you to calibrate to the actual atmospheric pressure value, to vacuum pressure and select calibration of air or argon. Each channel has its own 9 pin Dsub connector. Other cards can also be used along side this Dual Convection Card. NEW Agilent Varian Scroll Pump Inverter Speed Control Kit, NW40. Agilent Varian Part Number X3814-68702 Replaces the old CT-100 PN: PTSCNTRLKIT2 These Varian CT-100 Active Rough Vacuum Transducers provides pressure measurements over a range of 1x10-4 Torr to atmosphere. The 0.2 second response time of the CT-100 and its excellent accuracy and precision allows its use in place of Pirani gauges. The CT-100 provides a stable analog voltage output as an indication of the test pressure and the unit can be calibrated in a selection of vacuum ranges. Two potentiometer-variable set points provide electrical alarms at selected pressures within the calibrated range of the device. Alarm indications are via the open collector grounding of two output transistors and the illumination of two LEDs. An internal power supply provides stable operating voltage from a wide range of external DC power sources. The gauge is contained in a plastic housing mounted by a 1/8 NPT vacuum fitting. The output pressure signal is a convenient 1 VDC to 9 VDC at 100 ohms internal impedance that can be used with strip chart recorders or other analog voltage data acquisition systems.
