These fast access entry doors include a conflat CF 6.0 inch vacuum flange and allow for quick access to the vacuum chamber. They are often used for load-lock applications. These quick access doors are blind (do not include an optical view port). They do include a manual knob for tightening the access door and are made of stainless steel with Viton o-ring material.

These fittings use a copper gasket and knife-edge flanges. The O-ring door seal would limit the high vacuum to 10-8 Torr range and can be heated to 150 °C for bake-out defined by the Viton O-ring. North American flange sizes are given by flange outer diameter in inches: 1-1/3 ("mini conflat"), 2¾, 4½, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13¼, 14 and 16½. In Europe and Asia, sizes are given by tube inner diameter in millimeters: DN16, DN40, DN63, DN100, DN160, DN200, DN250. These vacuum fittings are made of corrosive resistant stainless steel.
